What is Hydrovac Excavation?
Hydrovac excavation is a precise, non-mechanical, non-destructive process that uses pressurized water and an industrial strength vacuum to simultaneously excavate and evacuate soil. As the pressurized water breaks up the soil it creates a slurry that is removed by a powerful vacuum into a debris tank.

Premier Hydrovac Excavation offers hydro-excavation services to all of Mid-Michigan. Having owned and operated Family Grade & Gravel since 2015, we chose to expand our services by providing a safe & environmentally friendly method for locating utilities, such as gas, water, fiberoptic, and more, as well as diverse excavation possibilities, including within tighter land spaces. With a recent equipment upgrade in our Hydrovac truck, we are ready to help you get the job done.
